Speaker Introduction:

Koseki is Associate Professor of School of Agriculturein Hokkaido University, Japan. The main research areas are the development ofprediction models for microbial control in food, the research of non-thermalprocessing technology in the control of post-harvest safety and quality ofagricultural products. Up to now, more than 40 papers have been published inSCI journals. SCI has been cited 1235 times. The high Citation Index h-index is20. Besides he has published 14 papers in Applied and EnvironmentalMicrobiology (IF 4.486), Food Microbiology (IF 3.713), International Journal ofFood Microbiology (IF 3.808) and other international famous academic journalson Microbiology and food and won the fourteenth annual award of ANN Tenghundred awards.
